Amiris 48-Hour Return Policy


At Amiris, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions.



Return Eligibility



  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.




Non-Returnable Items



The following items are not eligible for return:


  • Final sale items, discounted items, and promotional items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.




Return Process



  1. Submit a Return Request
    • Contact our customer support team at amiris.info@gmail.com or use our online return portal within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Approval & Return Authorization
    • If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) along with return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. Amiris does not provide prepaid return labels.
    • The item must be shipped within 3 days of return approval.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  4. Inspection & Processing
    • Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.
    • If approved, a store credit or refund (minus shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
